The location was fabulous. It was right next to the duomo. the staff were all lovely, always smiling and very helpful. breakfast was plentiful from 7:30-10 am. It allowed scope for both early starts and lie-ins.

my room was rather disappointing. the furniture felt old. the decor seemed stuck in the past, old decor.

The hotel is close to the main cathedral. I saw it from my room window. The railway station is approximately 20 minutes away on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful . A very kind woman works in the restaurant
