duomo proximity helpful staff extended breakfast
The location was fabulous. It was right next to the duomo. the staff were all lovely, always smiling and very helpful. breakfast was plentiful from 7:30-10 am. It allowed scope for both early starts and lie-ins.
The elevator right at the entrance said "enter slowly and wait for it to stabilize. " It was quite concerning.

Really good Central Location
central location helpful staff kind woman
The hotel is close to the main cathedral. I saw it from my room window. The railway station is approximately 20 minutes away on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful . A very kind woman works in the restaurant
The parking available is in a restricted traffic zone and is not directly at the hotel. Public parking is nearby

amazing location clean room helpful staff
the location was amazing, so close to the duomo. it was literally steps away! our room, a double or twin room, was clean and had everything i needed. the staff were very helpful with directions.
the elevator was quite old and small.

excellent location fresh products efficient staff
the location was excellent, near the main attractions. The breakfast included sufficient choices and fresh products. The staff was friendly and efficient, ready to help with requests. i found the room to be clean daily.
the room was quite dark and the window was blurred, which limited natural light. i would have appreciated more light. The bed wasn't very comfortable.
